Teams can record their decisions regarding a student's response to interventions and next steps.


Entering Progress Monitoring


When a student has six data points, the following question will appear when entering subsequent progress monitoring data points: Is the student responding to the intervention?



Team members should apply their decision rules regarding response to intervention when answering this question.  Local decisions regarding response to intervention can be added when adding interventions on the System Admin page.



Removing a Student from a Group


Team members can record certain next steps in the Tier II module.  If a team decides to change an intervention group, remove Tier II supports, or intensify supports; this can be documented by clicking the X in the fifth column of a student's record on the Student/Interventions section of the Group Management page.





When the X is clicked, the pop-up below appears. Choosing any of these options will remove the student from the group.  All data will be archived on the student's Tier II tab of their record.




When a user selects change intervention group or Refer to SST, a student count for each recommendation will be generated on the dashboard page. Clicking on the links will show the user the actual students.
