Directions for Submitting Post-School Outcomes

You will not be able to upload your data if one of these errors has occurred. 

  • GTID was not reported by the LEA as student exiting secondary school with one of the identified reasons in the prior school year. 
  • GTID reported by district as a student exiting with a regular diploma but reported with a Post-School Activity code of 9, returned to High School in the Post-School Survey. Activity code 9 is not a valid value for students who have earned a regular diploma. If needed, submit a HELP ticket in the SE Applications Dashboard using the Contact State tab.  
  • No Post-School Activity reported. 
  • Post-School Activity reported is not a valid Post-School Activity code (1-11). 

 


Directions for Submitting Post-School Survey 

  • The Post-School Survey can be accessed and saved multiple times.  
  • Once data is submitted, it is not editable. If the LEA needs to update data submitted prior to July 31, the LEA may submit a HELP ticket in the SE Applications Dashboard using the Contact State tab.  
  • Data submitted after July 31 can sometimes be changed depending on whether the state has already begun processing it. Submit a HELP ticket to request this and the Data team will update you on whether this can be done.  

 

After July 31, any data submitted or resubmitted will be late. Whether you complete your survey online or by uploading the data, you must submit the survey. On the survey page, select “Submit.” This will submit the survey. You will not be allowed to submit the survey until there is a valid Post-School Activity code for all individuals included in the survey. If you receive an error, select the school with the missing information, make corrections, and re-submit.

Verify your submission of Post-School Outcomes by checking the Post-School Outcomes Tile. Any submission after July 31, 20XX will be late. Late submissions will impact the LEA’s Timely and Accurate Data score.
