Corrective Action Plans
After January 30th, LEAs that have outstanding overdue eligibility reports and IEPs will receive notification of noncompliant findings and will be required to complete a Corrective Action Plan (CAP). This noncompliance must be corrected through the CAP as soon as possible, but no later than one year from notification of noncompliant findings.
After creating, submitting and obtaining approval of the LEA’s CAP, the tab for individual correction of noncompliance (Prong 1) will be available and will include all students not completed in the initial phase.

If the LEA has questions regarding the Overdue Eligibility and IEP process, please contact your District Liaison.
If the LEA has questions regarding data entry in the Overdue Eligibility and IEP application, please submit a ticket in the SE application using the Contact State tab. GaDOE staff will review the ticket and respond in the ticket application. To submit your ticket, scroll down and select advance to IT. Then monitor the application for a response.
