Troubleshooting Form
Gather the answers to the following questions.
1) Is this happening to everybody or one person?
2) Is there a specific browser that is being used? If so, which one and what version?
3) Has this been tried from a NON-district computer (for example from home)?
4) Does this happen in SLDS and in GOIEP or just when in GOIEP?
5) Is there something specific being worked on when this happens?
6) Does this happen immediately or after a certain time?
If the above information doesn't allow you to troubleshoot, the form below will allow you to provide IT with enough information to assist.
