1. Have a procedure for teachers or school admins to verify the meeting dates and eligibility category(ies) shortly after set up.
    1. If errors in any of these are found prior to any meetings finalized- a system admin can reopen the timelines override and start over.
    2. If Reevaluation Eligibility needs to be completed, but the question on the override was marked “No”, attempt to identify this before any meetings have been finalized so the reopen option is available to start the case again- correctly choosing “YES”.  The pending evaluation report is a good one to use to check this.
  2. Have a practice of uploading the documents in the student’s profile and verifying the dates against the uploaded documents.
  3. Consider a procedure to have users clear cache (temporary files) from all browsers on a regular basis as well as downloads
    1. Temp files can cause problems accessing and may not always see the most up to date information
    2. Every time something prints inside GO it goes to downloads
    3. May get the User already working in warning
  4. Anytime an eligibility and IEP are being done simultaneously- make sure the eligibility is finalized first.
  5. Encourage all users to consult the HELP document located within GOIEP.
