Question: I get this message when I select the SLDS link: “Error loading DOE data”. What do I need to do?


Answer: Please follow below mentioned steps to make the SLDS site a trusted site in your Internet security options.  You also need to add the GO-IEP site as a trusted site to avoid issues with gaining and opening Excel documents downloaded from GO-IEP.



STEP 1:

Locate the security setting for your browser.

In security Tab click on Trusted Sites
