Student Name: This is a link used to open a progress report for data entry.

Frequency: The frequency that reports must be created, as specified on the IEP/ISP.

Frequency period: The begin and end date of the progress period. A report must be completed some time during this period.

Total Goals: A count of the number of goals in the IEP/ISP.

Goals Completed: A count of the number of goals with current progress notes. (Progress notes -- a mastery code is required and an optional comment box.) A progress report can only be created when all goals and objectives have progress comments.

Total Objectives: A count of the total number of objectives in the IEP/ISP. 

Objectives Completed: A count of the number of objectives with current progress notes.  If an IEP includes objectives, a progress report can only be created when all goals and objectives have progress comments.

Last Reported Date: The date the latest Progress Report was created/printed.  If  a program user clicks the date, a PDF of that Progress Report will open.
