The contact log records contacts entered between the school and a student's parent(s) or guardian(s). This information is entered manually by clicking the "Add Contact Log" button. 


After selecting the "Add Contact Log" button, the screen below will be displayed. The names of all parents that were entered on the profile page will appear here as options.

Select the individual(s) contacted, choose the contact type from the drop-down menu, enter the date of contact, enter comments, and click on the Save Contact Log link.






This data can be exported to Excel. Selecting the "Export to Excel" button will download an Excel document with all the information entered for the student since the profile was activated.
