Entering Information in the Overdue Eligibility and IEP Application

If your LEA sees the message below, “LEA has no students with overdue eligibilities or IEPs in prior year SR 2026,” no further action is needed.

EVENT DATE for Reevaluation (EVENT CODE ‘08’ or ’15’) is over 3 years old, and no newer record has been reported for a Reevaluation (‘08’ or ‘15’)

Eligibility 

PRIMARY AREA = ‘8’ may only be used for children aged three through nine (at the end of the FISCAL YEAR in which the student turns nine).

IEP 

EVENT DATE for Initial IEP Meeting (EVENT CODE ‘05’) is over 1 year old, and no newer record has been reported for IEP Annual Review (EVENT CODE “07”).
