Mock Eligibility and Mock IEP
MOCK ELIGIBILITY
The mock eligibility is a function within GO-IEP that feeds eligibility information into the program for students who were found eligible for services in an eligibility report completed OUTSIDE of GO-IEP. Completing a mock eligibility for appropriate students is part of the override submission for GO-IEP and should be completed when students are assigned the first case manager.
If a student has a previous eligibility in GA which came from Student Records submitted the previous June or from the Override Dates form, a mock eligibility will show on the eligibility tab. The purpose of the mock eligibility is to feed needed information to GO-IEP.
- The date of the most current eligibility will set the eligibility due date clock.
- The eligibility date will print on page 1 of the IEP
- All disabilities feed to any mock IEP or any IEP developed in GO-IEP.
- All disabilities will show on the Profile and Timelines page and feed to all reports.
MOCK IEP
The mock IEP is a function within GO-IEP that feeds eligibility and date information into the program for students who were found eligible for services in an eligibility report completed OUTSIDE of GO-IEP and had a CURRENT (NOT EXPIRED) IEP completed OUTSIDE of GO-IEP. Completing a mock IEP is part of the override submission for a student within GO-IEP and should be completed when a student is assigned a case manager for the first time. This step is not required when the IEP is developed inside GO-IEP.
The dates that were verified on the timelines override for the IEP that was completed outside of GO-IEP will automatically populate as the IEP dates. These dates cannot be modified at this point. If the dates are incorrect, a system administrator must reopen the timelines override and override the timelines again.
