The meeting notes box will appear after the eligibility has passed audit successfully.  




Meeting Notes is an optional field to add text providing information about any additional discussions which may not be adequately described in the associated forms - IEP, Eligibility etc.  Information documenting the involvement of all committee members is often beneficial.
