Amendment meetings are initiated using the Amend Button next to the active IEP on the IEP tab. The meeting notice which is created for an amendment is a duplicate of the meeting notice of the original IEP, so remember to change the date if necessary. Amendment will be identified as the only purpose in the amendment notice but additional purposes can be added, if necessary.
