For each student, Georgia Online MTSS/SST will display state results for all prior state-required assessments (Georgia Milestones EOG/EOC, GAA GKIDS, and ACCESS for English Learners). With the exception of GKIDS, these data are pulled into the application from state-reported information.





Although GKIDS information is not pulled in from state-reported information, GKIDS results can be entered in by the user.


GKIDS results are not able to be added from the state-reported information because GKIDS information is reported, not as a summary or score, but by each domain. A percentage for meets or exceeds by student cannot be obtained from the data file sent to the state because the state does not require several domains that have to be recorded, therefore, performance domains that are assessed can vary from school to school, and LEA to LEA.


Adding GKIDS data consists of the following steps:  



1. Select the ADD GKIDS link.  


2. Select the domain from the list.


3. Select the result which best summarizes the overall performance for each domain from the list and click SAVE.


4. Use the calendar tool to choose the date that the performance domain was assessed.
