Before the IEP can be finalized, any open progress reports associated with the previous IEP will have to be finalized or inactivated.  See Progress Reports--- Progress Reports- New IEPs and Amendments for more information.


  1. Choose “yes” if ready to finalize.  No changes will be able to be made after the IEP is finalized without starting an amendment.





After Finalizing,  the Draft watermark will no longer show on the printed document.  The address that prints on the PDF of the IEP is taken from the PARENT ADDRESS found on the profile page.  If the address that prints on the PDF is incorrect, it MUST be fixed there.
